The following terms and conditions apply to customers who place orders via the online facility:

 

Delivery areas: 

• W3, W4, W5 and W12.

• We are unable to cover areas which are not listed above.

• We reserve the right to refuse high rise addresses. Please call the store for details.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an up-to-date and valid home delivery address.

Delivery charge:

• A fixed delivery fee of £1 for all online delivery orders over £15 (minimum order amount).

 

Delivery time:

• Please allow 45 - 60 minutes for an order to be delivered. 

• In certain circumstances, the delivery may take longer than usual. Please contact the store directly if your order is delayed.

 

Cancellation and refund:

• We reserve the right to refuse an order without explanation.

• If the customer would like to amend or cancel an order, please contact the store directly. 

• In the case of an order being refused or cancelled, we will issue full refund to the customer within one business day.

 

Food allergies:

• Please note that it is your sole responsibility to inform us of any food allergies.

• Food dishes may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
